Shipping Policy – Fiable Paris

Delivery Area

At this time, we ship exclusively within Germany. We are not yet able to deliver orders to addresses outside Germany.

Prices and Taxes

​

All prices shown on fiableparis.com include statutory German value added tax (Mehrwertsteuer).

Shipping Options

​

We offer the following shipping options for every order delivered within Germany:

• Standard shipping (free): delivery within 4 to 5 business days.

• Express shipping (insured), €2.95: delivery within 3 to 5 business days. This option is insured against loss or damage in transit.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

Order Processing

​

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partner within 1 to 2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

​

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, we can no longer guarantee that changes can still be made. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fiableparis.com with your order number.
